They were on time for the time frame we were told and even called when they were on their way. This sure saved us a lot of hassle as we had an old big heavy tube TV that needed to be hauled down a flight of stairs.

Best Buy is the Best

I was charged the Haul-Away, even though I had new appliances delivered prior. Unfortunately, the Haul-Away company never called or came to pick up my old appliance. I went into the store to inquire and received a refund. The associate in store was able to complete the process and provided me with a receipt. The next week, my old appliance was hauled away successfully.
