Haul Away

It is hard to find the truck and place to dispose of used appliances. Another reason I loved TOTAL TECH. I will be sad for this feature to be discontinued.

Only store that would take away a 2nd unit.

The malfunctioning one we were replacing and old non-working one. -- A major reason for buying at Best Buy is that it was the only company I found (out of 4 different ones visited) that readily agreed to take away both old units at a very nominal fee. -- Most stores would only do a one-for-one take away, or wanted an exorbitant fee to take away a second unit.

The Only Way to Go

They were on time and completed the pick up right away. The best part is the peace of mind knowing the appliances will be recycled in the proper manner.
