This is to acknowledge and praise Geek Squad "double Agent" Jeremiah Ankrum for his recent service installing the RAM upgrade on my desktop. He was: (1) efficient (worked quickly), (2) knowledgeable (made suggestions as to additional Geek Squad services that might be of interest, (i.e. upgrade paths for my machine, and he knew the lyrics to Joy to the World), :) (3) he was thorough (checked to make sure my system worked better after the install), and (4) did it all in a friendly manner friendly

My service with the geek squad was excellent. He didn’t take long installing it. He broke it down step by step to keep track of the assembly on the online website. He also went out of his way to update my chrome app. Geek squad always does me justice when they come. Great team they have!

In-home annual update on my desk top computer. Had problems with staying connected to printer pulled up software and reinstalled it along with the scanner then reviewed how to use them
