A second team sent by the Geek Squad came to reverse the swing of the dryer door, the second visit made necessary by the first delivery team claiming that that was not part of their job.

Had the washer/dryer stacked to make room for a laundry tub, switching the door allowed for both doors to swing to the same side to improve ease of transferring the clothes. I would never have been able to do this and they did it for free

We purchased a new LG Washer & Dryer & because of the size of the washer & dryer, they would not fit into our laundry room. We decided to do the stackable washer & dryer. Then we had to reverse the door. No worries… worked like a charm.

This was not done right the first time. Best Buy had to send out a second team to reverse the dryer door. Not sure how worried I should be. When they were done they had one extra screw.

New washing maching was installed and the existing dryer was moved and changed the swing to the dryer.

My connections are obviously opposite of industry standard. Chose this washer/dryer set because it’s has a reversible washer. Took a couple of appointments to finally get a technician who knew how to reverse the washer door!

Unfortunately, reversing the door hinges on my washer/dryer was not available. I was unaware of that and I was assured that it was available for it. Please ask and CONFIRM it before purchasing. Huge disappointment for me.

Delivery Truck dump oil/liquid from the vehicle. Neighbor was upset. Advise driver not to do any maintenance work on the vehicle during delivery. Install was smooth and uneventful except neighbor was upset.
