delivery tried to change. Didn't know how to change on a dryer... i did it myself... train your delivery staff how you do these things....

Two technicians arrived to reverse our dryer door. They definitely knew what they where doing. It took them about 20 minutes and the project was completed.

we had issues with the company that did the door reversal. After three attempts, the door was reversed but it was done wrong. it suppose to open on reverse and also down. It only open to the side but we lose the functionality of opening down. really disappointing as no one seems to take ownership to help us with the exception of Micheilla.

The Best Buy installation team did an excellent job and ensured the washer and dryer doors were aligned for easy movement of clothes between them

Had to get dryer door switched, instead of someone coming out to do it I had to get a whole new dryer because apparently it has to be done at the warehouse.

I was so happy I had the delivery men with the door hinge! When o bought the dryer I was told I could do it myself... but suggested I have them do it during delivery ( free of charge)

The purpose for purchasing these units, was the fact that the doors would be reversible for the location of the hook ups. BestBuy had a third party installer deliver our units that were purchased back in November. They refused to change them, garanteeing failure and it would be "on us and our problem". They were in a hurry from the time they got there, and said they needed to leave because they had 50 big screen tvs to install. I figured out how to make the current location work and honestly couldn't help them leave soon enough. I'm thankful I was home instead of my wife, unfortunately it was not a good experience. Next time I'll save the service fee and waiting for months and do it myself. (love the product, the staff in the store were great, after that... terrible)

The Dryer Hinge Reversal was an add-on part that I didn't know about. One of the least thought of item for flipping the door to open the opposite side. Very useful for small laundry room.

The door was supposed to be swapped over before it was delivered. Even worse the delivery people said it wasn’t on the paperwork so they could not do it even though they knew how. I called to get it scheduled but the girl in the office said she couldn’t schedule it because it wasn’t showing that it was delivered yet. I had to call back to schedule it the next day. Next I had to wait almost a week for them to come out and do it.

Thought this might be a problem but the installed knew exactly how to reverse the door for us. It is much more convenient.
