Somebody is lying!! Horrible customer support!!

The delivery guy said they didn't do that, has to be set up through Geek squad. Spent several hours on hold trying to contact them. Never answered the phone. Tech put my washer into some kind of test mode that it never came out of. Will be going into store in a bad mood tomorrow!!
