I feel sorry for the installer

Due to inadequate knowledge the job was discontinued. Eventually, the dryer had an issue already due to vibration and noise.

Not your best moment, BestBuy

The young men who actually did the work were just fine. But the process of waiting for a person to arrive 3 times and have the schedule apointment fail was pretty poor. Not what I expect from Geek Squad.

Poor execution of set up.

I carefully measured to make sure the new washer and dryer would fit. The delivery guys were asked by me if the dryer door should be switched around before they put it in the space. They said it required a special tool, which they didn’t have. After a laborious placement into the cramped space, which actually involved lifting both appliances up and over a water heater knob, they placed them. The guys came two weeks later to switch the door on the dryer and they said they couldn’t do it unless they took the washer and dryer back out of the room due to the cramped space. I got mad and said no. Showing me the tool needed , it was nothing more than a drill bit.. I’m very disappointed with this, as I barely can put clothes in the dryer.
