The first time the dryer was delivered the delivery men said they couldn't reverse the dryer door because the screws were stripped. However, I sincerely believe they just didn't know how to do the job. So they put in for an order for another dryer to be delivered. A few days later a new dryer was delivered but instead of automatically unloading the new dryer from the truck, one of the delivery asked if I had any problem with him just reversing the initial dryer. I told him I thought it was ridiculous that another dryer was ordered and gave him my authorization to just reverse door on first dryer already in my house. And guess what? No screws were stripped? I gave these delivery men a tip. Look up which ones they were as I have had them in the past and they are very hard-working, capable, professional and pleasant men. Give them a raise!

I was a little concerned about having the dryer door swing. The Best Buy Installation Team had the door off, reconfigured and installed in a short time.

The technicians did a good job, installed the dryer quickly and it works great. Door was reversed which made my wife happy.

What a simple solution to our problem. Our new Samsung dryer was hinged from the factory to swing to the right. This simple kits allowed us to switch it so it now swings to the left. Perfect and simple to install.

When you need to move things around it is key to ensure you are working with smart Folks. In this case we had asked for a Left Opening at the time of purchase the sales order did not request it as we had asked. It took almost a year to get it done. Had three different crews come to the house only to be told we needed a specific team. When they were finally found and dispatched it was a 15 minute in and out and we have been so right sided ever since. Morale is ask for it and see it in writing before you leave the counter. never assume at least with appliances.

Crew was able to reverse the dryer door, but for some reason were unaware that they were supposed to take care of this.

First, my dryer was not delivered on the same day as my washer. I received no advance notice about the dryer being on back order. So, this was an inconvenience to my family not having a dryer for a week. I then had to take off work again for the dryer delivery. I requested to have the dryer hinge door reversed during delivery (it was included on my receipt). When the dryer was delivered, this task was not included on the delivery instructions and the installer wasn't given enough time to complete the task. I've had difficulty getting in contact with best buy to schedule a service call to get them to come out to do this. I have no complaint on the appliances themselves, just with best buy customer service.

The dryer door came with a left opening door which was opposite of what we needed as the washing machine was to the right. They came and switched the door opening which made it easier to load the clothes from the washer to the dryer. Took about 15-30 min and now it works great!

Had to call them back after they left, so it must not have been clear on the order. Had leftover screws at one point and didn't seem easy to just switch. If they dropped down rather than open left or right, it would be just fine.

Two young men arrived on time, as updated regularly. Finished in a timely manner and even changed billing, as I had been over charged for wrong with billing description. Definitely happy to have that team doing the service call.

This task was not done at install although written on the original order. The guys who did it however were quick and careful and did extra when they climbed behind the dryer to reattach the vent the previous installers had dislodged.

Reversed the dryer door quickly and effectively. Glad I had it done.

Reversing the door made it easier to load the dryer. Works great for us.

Works well since we bought it two months ago. The whole process with Best Buy was horrible. Best Buy corporate was the problem.

Richard, Eddie and their teams always do a phenomenal job when doing our deliveries and installs. They are timely, polite, complete everything on the order and go above and beyond their duties to make sure we are taken care of. They clean up after themselves and answer any questions I may have. I wish they could install fridge's.

BEST BUY came out and had to reverse my dryer door on the LG front load dryer I purchased and it was the best decision . This is best way for me , it is nice there is options for customers !

Took the door off, Flipped it to the other side, All Done. Fast, efficient, No Problems.

This tool allowed for me to have my dryer door open on the side I needed it. Perfect little tool.

I had originally wanted the door reversal done but the very knowledgeable technician and installer suggested a different approach and was able save some money with their advice, this a great company to work with!!

They forgot to do the door hinge reversal when delivered. It took them all of a minute to fix when they came back. The entire experience was very easy.
