Door on recently purchased electric dryer needed to be reversed. Appointment set-up to reverse door. A delivery team was sent who had no idea on how to reverse door. They fumbled through the process - took over 1 & 1/2 hrs. Several screws were left off which I pointed out. They placed them on the door - don't know if it was in the correct location. After they left, I found another screw left off. Not sure why an unqualified team was sent out to do this job. Very disappointing! Footnote: Sales person should question the customer on the door opening direction to determine if it is acceptable. If not, it should be put on the delivery/install work order - which was not the case with my initial delivery!

The installers reversed the washing machine and dryer instead of doing the door reversal

This was not delivered. Delivery was not attempted. Sales was great, not sure why the delivery team claimed they showed up. Must have visited the wrong address. Accidents happen. We picked up at the store. However the pedestal had been opened and a part was missing. We were made whole in the end.

The door reversal was not done, I asked twice and was told by installer that someone else would do it. I said it was on their work order, I was ignored.

Was told at the dryer delivery I must schedule myself with LG to have the dryer hinge reversed from right to left, as the delivery people were not approved to do the work. Shortly after delivery, I received an email for the order, asking me to schedule with the Geek Squad. Could not get through to anyone after an hour on hold, so decided to try another day. Now this! I give up. Guess I'll try again with this order number as I'm not happy with a dent on the new dryer anyway. Geek Squad, please get your act together. This is reminiscent of the flubs I experienced between you and Samsung concerning my Samsung TV last Fall.
