Great option that you can reverse the door hinge on your dryer

No problems switching between sides. It worked great after the switch.

If you have extra hands, and a screwdriver - you can do this yourself. Don't pay for the extra fee. It also flips the printed verbiage upside down. You cannot flip the washer door, FYI.

The sales representative when purchasing on the phone stated that my washing machine door could be reversed. on that, I bought the reversible door. When the delivery people came I was told that this was impossible. I agreed with them because I was suspicious myself. There are no holes to screw in a reversible door. The salesperson did not know this. The product was not applicable to the previous washingmachine I purchased at BB.

Installer knew exactly what we needed. It was a needed option.

When technician came to install my washer dryer I told them the doors are not opening to the right side they said call Best Buy and reschedule for the fix! Only thing they needed to do was to switch the machines. I called to reschedule and have been charged $49.99x2 to switch the doors. Technician came and only switched the machines as I suggested for the first time! So, even though they did not change the doors i have been charged for it!

delivery and installation guys did a great job for us

At the end over 1 week+ it was successfully reversed. Team #1 took door apart to try and reverse and ended up breaking door on new dryer without telling us and without being able to reverse the door. Team #2 recognized the door was broke and started process to get us a new dryer (dryer #2). Team #3 delivered the new #2 dryer and successfully reversed the door. Were without a dryer for over a week from time of first attempted door reversal.

Delivery was late, had to miss a whole day of work instead of a half day that I had planned for, delivery crew said they weren't told to install but reluctantly did, they didn't have all the parts I ordered and paid for, dryer door wasn't reversed which I also paid for and after it was all done we realized that the hot and cold water hoses were reversed whenwe pulled hot clothes out what was supposed to be a cold load...
