    On Nov., 20th, 2020 I purchased a Front Load Samsung Washer & Dryer. On Dec. 21st, 2020 it was delivered and installed. The dryer door was to be reversed. The installers did NOT do this. Had to be rescheduled twice before it was done. Very Disappointed in Best Buy's people used for delivery and installations.

    Never happened Was charged. They came out and one of the door bolts we thought was missing had been snapped. Dryer door still opens in the wrong direction

    After begging Bes Buy to send someone out to change the side the dryer door opened on - something that should have been done upon installation - they finally came out and did it. This was after one one no show. The installers that changed it for me were nice and professional. None of this was their fault.

    My husband had to look up on youtube how to fix our door alert that the technicians could not properly fix with the door reversal.

    I paid $50. extra and this was never done! The door was to have been hinged on the left side facing the dryer. This was not done prior to delivery and was not done at time of delivery. No one contacted me to set up a return date to fix what I have paid for . Delivery was on April 3rd.

    No show. No call. Delivery driver stated that men would arrive soon. Appointed stated the same thing on confirmation email. Nobody showed. Nobody called. Received email the following day to reschedule appointment. Another 1/2 day off of work. Very, very disappointed.

    This was not done, and trying to contact someone to make sure I was not charged is more difficult than establishing life on Mars. I wish there were other options out there to buy appliances because I’ve had this issue with Best Buy every time I use them. They are IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH BY PHONE.

    Door reverse was on the work order and they installed everything else but told us we had to have a different appointment for the door to be reversed. When I asked at the store, they said it was supposed to have been done. I made another appointment just for this so we will see if it works out.

    Zero stars...they sold us on this without being told that they can’t do it. We had three different people come out just to tell us they couldn’t do it and did not provided any remedy. I had to call and work it out with lg myself. Still trying to get my money back for this.

    Installers broke the door while they did this. Showed up without a wrench, had to borrow mine. Told me they had contacted BestBuy and would set up delivery of another one, should get call in an hour or so. Eight hours later I have heard nothing and get this email saying service is completed.

    The dryer door has not been reversed as promised. Upon purchase, we thought we were told the dryer door would be reversed as part of the delivery service.

    The process is fairly quick and easy once you get someone out to your house that is trained in how to reverse them. Took me 4 times before it was done. That is four different appointment. Four different set of installation guys. Best Buy needs to train their installers.

    I wanted this dryer door reversal and they never did it for me. My wife let the guys in while I was working and they were in & out without reversing the door and I did not speak to them. Can I pick it up at store?

    The team that came out to install the dryer did not reverse my dryer door, stating that it wouldn't close right. The team that delivered my washer, told my that was so untrue and report them. Still not done!

    Your technicians did not reversed the dryer door and just switched the dryer and washer location probably lazy to reverse the dryer door and it looks weird with the cables and dryer tube showing. I wish I could have it done properly as promised

    Wasn't able to do it. First time didn't show. Second time worker said would contact best buy. Never called me. Job was not done at all because they said they could not loosen the screw without stripping it.

    Failed Dryer Door Reversal

    After the installers failed in 2 attempts to do this, the LG dryers had to be returned. We finally had the third dryer installed without Dryer Door reversal. The installers should be trained to do this or they should not attempt it.

    So bestbuy guys arrived and doesn’t know how to reverse the door in my LG washer. So They did reschedule me for another bestbuy tech to come and reverse the door. Hopefully this time the one will come soon will know how to reverse the door.

    They did not reverse the doors as promised and delivered a dryer that was not only dented but there was no option to reverse the door. The second crew who came out to fix other issues with the initial installation ended up switching the washer and dryer so the doors were on the right sided.
