Horrible Experience…. 5th try & 3rd dryer they finally got it right. Will NEVER purchase anything again from Bsst Buy that requires install. If I could’ve put zero stars I would have!

No one showed up for the service. Was expecting someone to work on the requested door handle hindge for our dryer as per the original order fulfillment.

It took 3 technicians before someone could switch the door. Customer service had the audacity to tell me it was my fault!

I still don't think the door is correct, but I have not been back in the store to look at another dryer. The original geek squad that changed the door, just did not take time to look at the work. And make sure they did it right! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE

The service request to reverse the door hindges was not completed as requested. The technicians handed the hinge and screws to me and told me that another service team would be out to complete the job.

Although ordered there was no hinge reversal in the final delivery order. All other parts of the product and delivery were fine. Since there was no hinge reversal on the final delivery order, as stipulated at purchase, it was not done.

LETS JUST SAY 4 MONTHS LATER AND COULDNT GET THE JOB DONE

Horrible. They didn’t even preform the door reversal. You can save your self money and do it your self.

First installers did not line up door properly so it had to be lifted to latch. Second installers improved on it, but still not quite right. Returning.

Delievery team that best buy outsourced delivery to stripped the screws to the dryer. Ended up having to wait at home another weekend for 6 hours for them to remove and redeliver another dryer. #fail.

Worst service ever, I still waiting the technician to install my dryer and range. I have called the store, visited the store, talked to managers and nothing has been done so far.

We have yet to have the dryer door reversal completed. Dryer was installed December 7, 2022.

Although I did not pay for this “complimentary” service (reversing the door) the installers “forgot” to do it. Of course so did I. But it was easy enough to change with instruction manual.

I was told that the dryer door could be reversed. However, once the dryer was in the house, I was told that the reversal process is very complicated and therefore it was not reversed.

Had to do the washer door reversal myself. They couldn't do it. Great appliances, pitiful installation.

They were not able to do the project. Very important to be there when this is installed first time.

They didn’t do this. We had a problem with the vent hose and they left without reversing the door. I did it on my old dryer I will probably do it again myself

It took 4 appointment to get the door reversal done unsatisfactory it should’ve never taken for appointments to get this done

The door reversal wasn’t completed because the screw had been stripped at manufacturing. My wife and I have waited weeks for the replacement.
