Help from Best Buy

Dryer door reversal
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had purchased a new washer and dryer. Both were installed by BB. The dryer door needed to be reversed, but the tech didn't mention it. I made an appointment for them to come back to do that. NOW the screws in the door keep coming loose, not allowing the door to close completely. Very poor service! Such a big disappointment
