It was so great that the gentleman that delivered the dryer were able to change the side of the door so it would open the way I wanted and where it would be easier to put clothes in from washer.

Don’t forget to reverse the door on your dryer. Depending on your home layout, you may need to reverse the door on your dryer. This makes it much more confident to moving wet clothes from the washer to the dryer. The washer door cannot be reversed, only the dryer.

Although I wish this was cheaper I'm certainly glad I chose this option. The delivery guys had it done in about 5 minutes with no damages. It would of taken me a lot longer to figure out and I didn't want to break anything or need the headache.

Was able to switch door to left side. Job performed as expected.

Finally was able to get the dryer door switched after three attempts. On deliver if the washer and dryer they said that this model of dryer the door could not be switched due to the 2 ways the door opens. Checked the manual and it could. The second service the service person didn’t know how to switch the door. Finally this last time they were able to get it switched for me.

Your products are excellent. The people who deliver them leave a lot to be desired. They are unprofessional, unintelligible, bring the wrong products in the house and didn’t have products I payed for. They were supposed to bring a gas line for my new dryer. After removing my old appliances and putting them on the truck they tell me they don’t have the gas pipe. They told to call and make a new appointment. This after bringing in the wrong dryer which I had to convince them was not what I ordered. The second crew came and had the wrong Pipe. I got my own pipe and the third crew installed that and hooked up the washer, but they wouldn’t replace the dryer vent I bought, they said I had to call the geek squad. Also they didn’t level the washer. The fourth crew came leveled the washer but said they couldn’t change the vent because the vent was too short. At that point I gave up, cleaned out the old vent. Concerning the vent, when I spoke on the phone they told me there would be a charge to hook up the vent because it was on a side wall, this was not mentioned when I placed the order. I will not buy any more appliances from your business because of the contractors you hire.

Installers needed to properly reverse the dryer door opening to the left. It took dome time but finally it was done. At least we thought it was done until we discovered the lower left hinge was not properly secured and one screw was missing to secure the dryer door.

The original setup of the dryer was terrible, however, the door reversal was the only thing that went smoothly. This inconvenience still could have been avoided if the sales personnel asked at the time of sale which way the door should open. Be sure to keep this detail in mind with future orders.

This is a good service -- does what it's supposed to do with no issues to date.

The initial service did not go as intended but Best Buy corrected it right away by sending another team to resolve the issue and I am completely satisfied with the results!

Dryer doors usually open from right to left but my wash room is small so I needed it to open the other way. Thanks for switching my door.

For the placement of our dryer we needed the door opening direction changed to the other direction. The team that came to install the dryer did a fabulous job and were happy to help with changing the direction of the dryer door. The had it changed in no time and were very careful not to scratch our new dryer or strip the screws.

Requested hinge reversal on dryer so door matched washer. Both units stacked in tight space.

the dryer door on our dryer had to be reversed from the original setting from the factory. this was easily done since we signed up for this when we purchased our dryer. the service installers did this in a few minutes without any hassle or problems.

easy to schedule- but the repair men took over an hour- they needed me to find the owners manuel- seems strange because this is a simple task.. but all in all - door was reversed .

4 stars because it wasn't included in the delivery feeso they had to come back and do it later. When it was clear they would need to do it based on dryer placement. I was then told I would have to pay extra for this. When I've already paid extra for delivery and setup abs the warranty.

Easy install for dryer door reversal kit. Our tiny washer and dryer room required us to reverse the dryer door so it is easier to load the dryer.
