Fast And Efficient !!! What else can I say, but I love my new electric clothes dryer !!!!!!

They arrived on time, promptly reversed the door so it opened without blocking the area, cleaned up and left. Wry friendly and efficient

Included in the delivery and set up for no charge. However with all the other work going in the delivery guys forgot to complete the door reversal. Not an issue... easy to do-just need to make time. Delivery guys were very courteous and cautious. Great job!

EI enjoy my new dryer, As I'm getting used to using it, I feel it was a very good choice. It's very quiet, efficient, and lets me know with a gentle ring that the clothes are ready to take out of the dryer. I would recommend the LG dryer to family and friends.

We needed the door on the dryer to open from the opposite side than it was originally on. The technician had to switch it to the other side because of where it was in my laundry room. It was so helpful for them to do that!

I am very pleased with the delivery service guys. They were wonderful and extremely helpful. The salesman was adequate and helped alot but the geek squad was wonderful!

We had the delivery people reverse the door. And I am glad we did. It took them a little while to install it properly, which they did.

Our washer and dryer purchase, delivery and installation didn't exactly go smoothly, but it eventually worked out. We ordered on July4, 2020 and finally accepted delivery and a partial installation late in August. I say "partial", because the original installer never asked which way I wanted the dryer door to open. It was a terribly hot day, the installation was taking place in out garage and he really wanted out of there. So he installed and ran. Only later, I figured out that the door opened the wrong way and that I had to walk around the door to add the clothing. Not convenient. It took a second appointment to get another installer to come out to reverse the door. Took him 10 minutes, tops. He knew what he was doing.

The technician accomplished the task with skill and speed. There were many steps to the process. I'm glad I did not have to do it.

The door opening was supposed to be switched before installation, but it was more complicated and instead of doing it incorrectly they sent a second team, the next day to do the job right. Happy with the service.

quick easy fix and makes my world so much easier. Its now so much easier to take my clothes fro the washer and put them in the dryer without having to go around to the other side of the dryer door. small fix makes a world of difference.

Work done well and completed quickly. However, the doors should have been switched at the time of initial delivery as they were ordered in the correct configuration.

Thankfully, Best Buy offers this service/product. It would have been pretty cumbersome if they could not have reversed that door on my new Samsung dryer. 5***** for Best Buys!
