The salesperson said the delivery men could do it. Wrong, they did not have a clue. Fortunately the "Geek Guy" that came knew what he was doing and made the change correctly and it took him about 1/2 hour. He also made some minor adjustments on our new TV we just got from Best Buy. We are very satisfied happy campers. Thanks Best Buy, that is why we keep coming back.

This feature would have been $50.00 additional if I were not a Total Tech customer.

The installers did not know how to change the door, the 2nd person - called to find out which dryer then stated he didn't know how to change the door and cancelled the appointment.

Quick installation and the dryer works very well
