We own a tiny house and have limited space in our laundry room. Originally, we ordered a washer/dryer combo with the door handle on the right side opening to the left. The first appliance arrived with the door handle on the left opening to the right. It was returned since the dryer was defective and making an awful noise. We ordered a replacement with the door handle on the right but did NOT receive it...AGAIN. We will not order from BEST BUY one of these appliances again since we had confirmation from the representative and delivery guy that the door handle would be as we asked. The delivery guys were great but we did have our floor torn up in a few spots during the deliveries (which BEST BUY) is taking care of, thankfully.

Of all the different repair people in my house Mike is the only one who could reverse the door on this particular model gas dryer.

Love my washer and dryer. Can fit so many clothes and the clothes get clean. Just have to make sure to clean out the front part of the washer because water gets trapped in there.

The professional installers did a great job of installing the washer and dryer in a stacked mode and made sure that the doors were opening in the proper direction.

Considering I had first dryer delivered on 1/11/24 and next two dryers delivered damaged and third dryer finally delivered on Feb 1 there is not really to much to say. Was only offered $60 gift card for inconvenience. Pretty sad for such a big company.

A dryer door reversal was not an option on our online order, we (wrongly) assumed it would be done when the dryer was delivered. A door reversal is a separate service, make sure you let customer care know in advance if you need a dryer door reversal appointment. Our technician was very knowledgeable and knew how to reverse the door, it's not as easy as it sounds on this model. Pro tip: Ask for a technician that has experience with this dryer door.
