Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After having our new dryer installed only to be told that the original installation order didn’t mention reversing the door we were very frustrated as we had to put in another service order for that (really?). They did however come back in a timely manner and quickly reversed the door. There were apologies and efficient service. Why Best Buy would choose to send two different installments when it could have been done with one visit is beyond me. A waste of resources and money for them.

Gilbert is a life saver.

We had to have three separate dryers delivered as the first two were broke. Gilbert could have said the dryer was all set and left but he showed me what was wrong and fixed the situation. He was able to come back with a new dryer and install the door correctly. Let Gilbert do all of your deliveries. He was awesome!
