Dryer Hinge Reversal

Too many visits

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We ordered Dryer Door Reversal when we purchased the dryer - $50 seemed high, but I wanted an expert to do it. It took 3 service visits to get this task completed. All 3 sevice visits personnel were professional, friendly and I believe wanted to do what was best for the customer. The ones that delivered the dryer said he did not have enough expertise to change the door. I appreciated his concern for doing it right. The second one changed the door fine, but did not inspect the swing of the door. The dryer was not leveled and the door always closed on its own. The third one got it right. I did have to inspect the work. The door did not swing, but the dryer was not stable. After pointing that our - the door and level is good

They pointed out the faulty exhaust connection on the original dryer, made the proper exhasut connection. They also connected the steam line that was overlooked by the original crew. Excellent work by this crew, professional and friendly. Thank you!
