Daniel of the Geek Squad worked hours to get my computer up to speed.

The Geek Squad member was Patrick. He was fabulous. He worked a long time to make sure my printer was working correctly. Then he instructed me to make sure I would be able to operate the printer with no issues in the future.

Agent got my printer to print in color, which I was unable to.

Agent TJ Shay is a wonder! He can troubleshoot anything - and I mean anything - that I am struggling with. He fixes little glitches on the computer. He mapped our Roomba so our house sparkles. He set me up with a new printer. I could not be more pleased!!!!!

He came on time and was very courteous. Identified the problems and solved the ones he could. Advising what needed to be done to upgrade my computer.
