Geek Squad that came to my home and installed our new computer, dvd player, wii game installed. He went above and beyond to make sure everything (and then some) was working great. Very happy

The agents were up with the latest technology and completed the task in no time. Both of them were so nice as well.

Printer is same brand as last one but has desirable features last one didn't have, making operation much easier.

Geek squad on two separate visits were unable to resolve the problem. The first time they said I needed another part. Got the part. Then I once again called Geek Squad to come out two finish the job. They said I still got the wrong part and they recommended that I should return the entire set up and then call them again. I chose to keep my computer set up as is and find another way to deal with the problem. However, that didn't work out either. So, I'm going to keep the computer set up as is and find another way to fix the problem.

Agent transferred the data on iPad to my new laptop. He also willingly hooked up my sound system. He worked efficiently and cheerfully on my “to do list” some of which came as a surprise. It all had been previously ordered but was not communicated to him.

My appointment was for December 26, in the AM. Lazaro called me about 20 minutes before he arrived and was right on time. He greeted me with a warm welcome and was very efficient and informative. He was very warm and friendly and I was extremely impressed and happy with his professionalism and his efficiency. I would definitely request him in the future.

Victoria did a great job of connecting the printer and setting up the laptop with the docking station, larger monitor and keyboard. She explained everything very well and was very helpful. Her pleasant and positive attitude were impressive also. Very much appreciated and thanks!
