The tech was very knowledgeable in the problem i wanted to solve and fixed it quick.

The salesman (Geek Squad) made a very careful analysis of the problem I was having with my 3-year-old computer. We agreed on the solution he proposed. The solution is to replace the SSD card in my home. When the tech arrived, he could not replace the SSD card.

Geek Squad, Microsoft, and Epson were all unable to get the products I had purchased working properly.

My service with the geek squad was excellent. He didn’t take long installing it. He broke it down step by step to keep track of the assembly on the online website. He also went out of his way to update my chrome app. Geek squad always does me justice when they come. Great team they have!
