The GEEK SQUAD has fixed my TV motion, my WY-FI was fixed by them, when I needed help with my new HEAD PHONES, changing from TV SOUND to HEADPHONES, they showed up on time, and professional, and helped me with connecting everything and showed me how. I just turned 75 and the GEEK SQUAD showed me all their patience and kindness. Thats GEEK SQUAD!!!!

The agent made sure everything was working as expected, and all of the devices were connected to the new wi-fi setup. He made several recommendations of things to watch out for, in case there was a problem later.

Very thing was done well except for one matter that we are still in the process of solving and that is the external device that is plugged into the back of the television to transmit a signal to our iPhone app that controls the television sound to our hearing aids does not function and we are awaiting the help of an expert technician to solve this problem

The Geek Squad installer was very knowledgeable, thorough and patient. He ran into a problem because my wi-fi signal wasn't strong enough to get the Ring to work. He explained and showed everything to me and I had to purchase a whole home wi-fi system to get the doorbell to work . Could not just buy a new router because I have my telephone (landline) through Spectrum and they are not compatible. Everything is fine now.

Very professional and helpful. Great job. I recommend an electrician be onsight during the install so they can work together, otherwise, communication between the parties is challenging and the homeowner must act as an intermediary.

Tech moved one of my wi fi towers and was able to connect my ring doorbell again.
