By far the worse experience ever!!!!

Just to summarize my entire experience in a nutshell I went two months without having stove due to my horrible experience with Geek Squad. I had a total of 6 appointments within that time period, most of them where no calls and no shows, I spoke to about 10 different staff members within the timeframe who were ALL useless, It finally took for me to lose my composure and get a hold of a supervisor by the name of Ashley from XPO who was nice enough to take the time and help me through the process. Make long story short after going 2 months without having a successful apt, i ended hiring an outside Plumber to do the work for me. Therefore, I wasted roughly about $275 with the Geek Squad and ended up with an unsuccessful service.
