For the first time we have complete coverage in our large older home! It has been problem free! Going forward we have an easy to use Orbi app that gives us immediate information on every function of our new wireless. Installation was completed professionally. The Geek Squad was very pleasant and willing to answer all questions.

Ring system works great. The extenders increase coverage and reception. Free install from Best Buy can’t be beat. Took a full day for four installers plus a couple of Followup days. The guys were very professional.

The eero extender is great. A little difficult to program but no priblem for the geek squad. Highly recommend both!

Purchased a new NetGear Remote/Modem to increase speed, Wow. The Geek Squad/Total Tech really hit a 'home run" with this equipment

I could not have done the installation of our modem and the Velop Home Mesh WiFi system. The Geek Squad Agent encountered some blips during the installation, but persevered and now the system is working flawlessly.

The agent took my wifi extender and hooked it up. Then when he did an eval on my computer he showed that it actually showed that the extender slowed the speed of my computer. He suggested I get a new modem/router that Comcast had and that it would be free. He then said I could send the extender back to Amazon to get a refund. I did not know about sending it back so it saved me some money and the new modem/router solved my problem.

The agents made sure everything was working properly before leaving our home. Everything is working great!
