My experience with Geek Squad was amazing. They set up my entire system for me. They make sure everything was working properly before they left and they did it in a reasonable amount of time.! I will definitely use Geek Squad if I ever need help with anything again.

The technician was on time, explained the process, answered any questions, installed the new computer system hooked up the printer and tested the system to assure everything worked properly.

I set up the hardware for the new computer and initiated some of the software set-up, that is the operations that weren't beyond the scope of my ability. The tech was appreciative of this and proceeded with the arduous process of xfering the files from the old computer and making sure all the programs and safeguards were working properly. I very much enjoyed my time with this gentleman, he gave me very useful tips about maintaining our computer and was very friendly and cordial during the time he was here. I would love to use him again if we have nay hardware or software issues in the future.

The young men that came to install our new desk top computer were very knowledgeable, efficient and EXTREMELY friendly. They did an excellent job of getting new system set up, transferring data from old computer to new and answering all our many questions. We couldn't have asked for anything more. It was a very worthwhile experience and for us well worth the money. They were very patient and helpful w/ 2 retired non- techy customers.

The agent installed my new computer and performed data transfer from my old computer with no problems. He spent time to enplane the process and how to use the Windows 11 format. Also return my follow up telephone call to answer further questions. Great Service, well worth the fee.

The agent delivered and installed my new computer and printer. He was careful with my belongings and was helpful in deciding where and how to set up my new equipment. He made sure to remove all boxes, etc and to leave my house in good order.

After several Best Buy-aborted tries to get our computers installed, Bryan managed to schedule us. Nhan came and spent several hours installing them and transferring data. He stayed until we were completely satisfied with how everything was working. I give Bryan and Nhan 5 stars. I give the Geek Squad scheduling system 0 stars. That system is horrible for both clients and Geek Squad techs.
