Very unsatisfied with knowledge and work. I assembled screen by myself. Just to mount the screen and adjust VAVA ultra short throw projector that doesn’t need mounting, they took 4+ hours. Still screen mount is wiggly. Patchy work. I would’ve done this job nearly. Wanted to try geek squad excellence and I came to know how marketing gimmicks work. Do better work for customers. They need to come back to you.

The Geek Squad mounted my TV on the wall. I had always wanted this and I love it. It is secured to the wall and I can angle it as needed when I had visitors.

It was an amazing experience mostly except the installation was fixed for a certain date and geek squad called in to cancel it which ruined my pro bowl party on that day.

Without the Best Buy installers-I could not accurately place the screen. They knew perfectly how to mount it.

So I had the install scheduled for first thing Saturday in order to avoid missing work. Saturday comes and no one shows up. Multiple calls yield nothing but a promise that the manager will get to the bottom of it and call me. No call back received. I'm hostage in my own home... Finally get a call on Monday afternoon telling me that they can reschedule for Wednesday. I end up having to take 1/2 day off work to be home for the install. Very disappointed in lack of communication. Very pleased with the work that was eventually done...
