Up until this point I was very unhappy with the delivery and install of the new fridge. I have delineated those issues in a previous review and heard nothing in reply. This install team came early and reversed the doors in a very short period of time, very polite and professional.

Door opens the way I need it to now but the 3 little screws at the top of the fridge stick up (aren’t flush with the top) and I’m not sure why. On the side where the handle used to be originally.

I absolutely had to have the door hinge placed on the other side and thought $70.00 was steep. I was already paying for delivery of new unit and haul away of old unit.

I had been wanting a bottom freezer to make it easier. After trying them in the store, and the great price on this one, I changed my mind, Salesman was over the top helpful. Lightweight door, and deep shelves. And so quiet. No regrets, Love this one. Delivery was fast, and done with such care.

The gentleman who brought my refrigerator to my house. They reversed the doors extremely fast. They were very efficient in what they did, Also, they were very professional. In mannerism, and the way they carried themselves.

This refrigerator is very energy efficient. It's operation is extremely quiet. It is well suited for a kitchen where space is at a premium. Moving the hinges from the right side of the refrigerator (standard) to the left side of the refrigerator may be more difficult on this unit than on the average refrigerator. Therefore, If plan to have your refrigerator hinges reversed, the skill of the person installing this unit may prove to be of some importance.

although the team who delivered the fridge did the door reversal, i don't know if the problems i've encountered was because of a faulty fridge or possibly not did the doors quite right. when the replacement comes, then i'll know. but the team was really great: professional, friendly.

Refrigerator Freezer door reversal. Your Best Buy installer failed to replace and lost a cylindrical plug after reversing the door openings, and Best Buy customer service then refused to replace the cylindrical plug. Best Buy has lost my patronage over a $0.05 part. Furthermore, I will provide very poor online reviews of Best Buy's customer service, and will recommend to all of my friends and colleagues that they shop elsewhere.

Glad the door/freezer could be reversed to open from right to left, think it should be included in the price, not an extra $50 charge

The technician that came over to put together my refrigerator wasn’t to sure how to do it he left 3 parts out . But all in all it’s working I’ll figure it out .

This was more complex than I thought it would be so I am glad they did the switch for me. However, the delivery person and his partner knew exactly what they were doing and did the job with ease. Installers were nice as can be.

The first delivery crew informed me there was a defect with be product which I never saw and should be replaced. After having to wait for a replacement the second delivery crew looked at the first could not find any problem offered to replace it with the one they had brought. They reversed the hinges which was a little more difficult due to the electronics. They cleaned the product and work area. I really think the first crew just didn't want to take the time and effort to do the hinge reversal. The second crew was great and very professional.

Alas, my love for this simple fridge disappeared when the main compartment could not maintain a temp below 50 degrees. And I’ve only had it for about 1 month. No help because both Best Buy and GE service are booked up a month out. Big disappointment!

The delivery guys did a great job reversing the door on our new fridge. The problem I have is not with them, but it's with the $50 charge to do it! All the other fridges we looked at at other stores did not charge for reversing the door, and we would have gotten it elsewhere if it had been available. The charge felt like "unless you know how to do it yourself, you have to give us $50 extra dollars for it. Also, the reversal wasn't made until they were parked in front of my house - it should have been done at the warehouse.

The hinge reversal was performed at the warehouse prior to delivery. I recommend having it done before delivery as we had problems with an earlier reversal that was done at our home. With that one, the door did not seal properly and it was returned for another refrigerator. See if you can get them to reverse the door prior to delivering it and have them check it to make sure the door seals properly.

Runs quiet and cold. Fits perfectly. Having the freezer below is as great as I had hoped. Inside fridge is well organized and looks like a more expensive unit. Freezer doesn't have as many storage shelves as I would like but it's small enough that it works for me. Freezes like it should! Off brand makes me a bit nervous, but so far so good. Installation was excellent. Pleasant and professional. And they even put my microwave on top of the fridge for me!!! One of the best service experiences ever.

Both technicians were excellent at assembling the new refrigerator, though they did not reverse the door; however, everything else was great.

It would be nice if the door reversal was done at the factory instead of during the delivery and set up. Plus, the charge of $50 was additional for the door reversal.

I could do it myself but it the delivery guys did it much quicker.
