The installers were able to install the refrigerator wi5hout removing the doors. The installers were good to work with.

It's convenient that this is offered, but it's only available over the phone. I wasn't able to find this product while attempting to purchase a fridge online.

I could do it myself but it the delivery guys did it much quicker.

Best Buy offered free door reversal with the purchase of our new refrigerator, which was one of the reasons we opted to buy from the company. While it's important to reference the specific service when scheduling delivery/installation (to ensure proper time/tools are included), the technicians who came out to our home were excellent - careful to observe Covid protocols and ensured door was reversed without any damage. Overall, we were very pleased!

After 6 months from purchase, I finally had Matthew, a Geek squad member, finally successfully complete my March 28 purchase. Starting from August 29 to September 30, I have had 3 no shows, 3 unreturned calls and 4 people incapable of completing the refrigerator door reversal. I have also been accused of throwing away parts. Service was deplorable.

Nice fridge for the price. Used it in my manufactured home in a tight area and it was perfect.

When they reversed the door they had never did it before had no ide what they were doing the door would not close I had to call best Buy to send some one out gain the second time it was done right we had to completely all the frozen food out of it for the repair and try to cram in in our refrigerator freezer which really made me mad terrible job I would give no stars if it were possible

This fridge was delivered to me w/o the hinge reversal completed even though the request was in the delivery notes. My in-home advisor had the day off (he was extremely helpful throughout this whole process) so I had to call the main #. I spent an hour on the phone, being bounced around from one person to another and no one was really owning the issue or dealing with it urgently - my fridge door did not open more than 1/2 inch so the fridge was not useful. After back and forth, they escalated it and sent out a team the next day to do the reversal - they came and couldn't do it for reasons that I did not really understand. At that point, I decided to get a different color fridge so worked with my advisor to do the exchange. The second time around went smoothly. I just could not believe the lack of responsibility or efficiency on that first round. Anything that could have gone wrong, went wrong. Again, I would like to stress out that my advisor was the only helpful person in this whole process and this review has nothing to do with him.

Love this fridge. Just the right size for 2. Very slim but deep. Love the black stainless. Best Buy was easy to deal with. Will return if we need to purchase a washer & dryer.

We had originally requested that the fridge have its hinges reversed when we purchased it in-store. When it arrived, the hinges were not reversed. The deliverer was really nice about doing so on the spot, (thus full-star rating) but still, it should have been done prior to delivery. This is especially true now, when it's best to limit time in the house for the sake of both delivery people, and the people who live in the house...

My old refrigerator died and this one was available quickly. Almost the exact same as my old one and it fit into my cabinet space. Repair man who came to fix my old one said, yes your fridge is dead after only 11 years. He said they were now lasting around 10 years! Wow, surely we can do better than that. This of course is not Best Buys problem and I'm glad they had one they could deliver so quickly.

The delivery guys had to remove the refrigerator doors to get it through my mobile home doorway. Brought it in, put the doors back on and it was good to go. They did a great job.

The man were very professional and skillful. These men are great at their job, not to mention friendly.

Refrigerator delivered with door swinging in wrong direction. We ordered with hinge reversal, but crew delivering our refrigerator said it was not on their paperwork. They would not take the time to reverse hinge as we requested. Geek squad scheduled another crew the following week to reverse the hinge. They were GREAT, and it only took 15 minutes. Many thanks to Carlos and Fermen, our very efficent crew to complete the work.

Needed my door to open the other direction. The tech was able to flip it quiet easily with no issues in the functioning of the door!

I had a bad door on my refrigerator and it was going to be replaced. I have a lot of steps out front and three doorways (one very narrow) so getting a refrigerator through is a major production. Since the existing refrigerator was fine and only the door was bad, I asked if they could just replace the door and they did! It took no time at all. I didn't have to remove my doorjamb or anything and my refrigerator is working perfectly.
