I love my new bottom freezer refrigerator, so easy for me. I needed my refrigerator door moved to other side, to be able to open door into my kitchen, Best buy sent someone out right away to change the door. Thanks best buy

After getting the refrigerator, I had to call to change the hinge from left to right and it was a great experience. The first time they went to the wrong address but when I got them here the service techs were great. They were prompt, friendly and informative. They complied with my requests to adjust the height and settings. I was surprised Best Buy did it for free even though they had already delivered the refrigerator separately.

Handel was reversed but one hole was left open. We were told the screw was ordered but it was not. The handle on the freezer drawer was removed and replaced, I do not know why but it resulted in some minor scratches.

The guys did a great job, but I didn't think I should have to pay for having the door open the way I needed.

The men who came to reverse the door on my new Whirlpool refrigerator were polite and competent. However, no one at Best Buy informed me or them that there is a necessary kit for door reversal on this machine. So, neither they nor I had the kit. Result: door still oping the wrong way.

took a week to reverse door brackets that they promised they had at time of purchase. this took me several calls to get done. they tore my carpet installing refrigerator and did not level it (had to do it myself). spoke to several people about the problems. never even received an apology . will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BEST BUY AGAIN!!!!

The automated text messages of estimated arrival times are highly inaccurate. They arrived way before and finished before the estimated arrival time and I got a text message telling me that they would be arriving 30 minutes after they had already finished. This caused confusion the first time when I missed them and had to wait a full week for the rescheduled time. That's a long time without a working fridge.

The installation team was amazing! Fast, flawless and so professional! They swapped out the doors of my refrigerator freezer before installation and the job was perfect! I highly recommend them and will definitely use best buy for any future purchases!

Tech team were great and efficient! They flipped the door outside bf bringing into house. Once in the house, they are very cautious to not to brush up against any walls, preventing scuff marks. And for that, I truly appreciate them

After the first Best Buy delivery team did an incorrect door reversal (and we had to return the entire fridge) Luis and crew did a perfect, professional redo. Thank you Pilot Freight for sending someone who knew what they were doing !

The refrigerator we purchased was left hand opening but we needed right hand opening. The installation guys reversed the door hinges but the refrigerator did not seal properly when closed.

Fantastic! (I had wrongly assumed that installation would include getting the door to open on the correct side. And, in the old days, I would have reversed it myself. But it's much harder to do these days, so we needed the experts to come out. They did a great job.)

It took over two weeks, three refrigerators & nine Bozos to get the job done, and they would not have gotten it done without my help. Bozos 1 & 2 wouldn't even try. Bozos 3 & 4 botched the job, Bozo 5 made it worse, so they sent fridge number 2 with Bozos 6 & 7. They stripped out critical door hinge threads by using a screw gun carelessly, and took the unit back. Bozos 8 & 9 brought fridge 3, spent over 4 hours and finally got it right with much help from me. In their defense, in the manual there are 39 steps to the door reversal and it is way more complicated that would seem necessary, but they didn't want to read the instructions, didn't understand when they did read them, and for some instructions said "Oh, we never do that." But they didn't finish the icemaker installation because they had taken too much time on the door. On it they stripped out threads and lost parts. I repaired the threads and made replacements for the parts they lost.

Not done properly the first time, so we had a new unit shipped to us, and better the 2nd time around.
