Not done properly the first time, so we had a new unit shipped to us, and better the 2nd time around.

The company with whom Best Buy contracts, was not able to reverse the handle on my appliance. I so carefully described the issue when I made the appt thru my Best Buy geek squad. The appliance was a convertible freezer/refrig which entailed working with a cable wire. When the repair men arrived, I was told their work contract with Best Buy excludes adjustments/work on wires and cables. While I recd a refund for services not rendered, the Best Buy person who took my call should have been aware of the contract policy. The repair was delayed many days to get completed at a cost 4 1/2 times more. Very disappointed!

The refrigerator door sticks a little when closing doesn’t close all the way

Took forever to get a delivery date. When delivered the men were nice an friendly.

This was a great option since I had to put the dryer in a specific location which required changing the door opening.

Door opens from right to left due to configuration of my kitchen. One recommendation. Light switch is just inside rt door. Sometimes arm will hit it exiting the refrig. This should be mentioned to owners at install. Could be topic for engineers to consider.

After multiple deliveries, I finally got a fridge. The guys (Arturo & Edgar) from the 3rd party installation team did a great job reversing the doors on my fridge. They were quick and professional. Great customer service.!!

The same men that delivered my fridge came back later to switch the hinges because there wasn’t enough room from the doorway to laundry room which is next to the kitchen. They did a great job. I didn’t realize it was such a detailed job removing all the screws and hinges, then putting them back on the opposite side.

Seems good but can't get the right refrigerator delivered

Fridge delivery was a smooth move, just we had to schedule to get fridge hinge reversal.

Arrived on time and completed the job as scheduled.

They had a problem with the door sealing proper after reversing it. They just left it that way and said to call the store. We were not very happy about that

Techs did not reverse doors which I paid for. Should have caught myself but failed to do so. So they had to come back to correct... three or 4 day wait to reschedule. $50 for 15 minute job.

The refrigerator was delivered with no issues. Would use them again.

Best Buy guys quickly changed the opening of my new LG fridge before bringing it in my house.

It is a great product. Small enough to fit in the corner and has a lot of room for keeping foods frozen. Would recommend
