The guys who delivered the fridge reversed the door. They were quick efficient and friendly!

Very efficient. Had trouble getting fridg in. While waiting to gain access to neighbors door to move inside they reversed door. No time wasted. Did a great job

If you need a hinge reversal for your refrigerator, do not have the moving contractors do it. Insist on a Geek Squad person to come out at a later date to do it. Trust me, else it will be a month of pain.

Took 3 crew/visit to get this one done. Those guys don't know their products, or at least the fridge I bought from them. They did reverse the door but the handle is off by 1/4 inch and looks bad. They didn't put the plastic cover back on and left black grease mark in my brand new fridge

The Installers did an excellent job reversing the doors. The refrigerator came with new hardware for the job.

I was not happy with the way the representative handle my concerns about the fridge when i called a couple days after i had received my fridge. There is a weird sound it makes all the time. Instead of sending a technician they send me a used fridge. I purchase a new one and now I’m stuck paying for a used fridge that keeps making the same sounds. Due to the Coronavirus i Can’t have them come in and either switch it or fixed it. I am not please with this fridge but i guess I’m stuck with it since i can afford a different brand and or for people to come in and out from my home and this moment.

My delivery guys did a great job, very professional worked quickly to change out the handles on my new refrigerator.

The Geek Squad professionals communicated expected time of arrival as soon as they left their previous job. They arrived and completed the job in a timely professional manner.

Tried reversing hinge before and the installers madebut look very simple to do

delivery team argued that door could not be reversed. They were unfamiliar with product. After showing them installation instructions they with some difficulty completed the job.

The refrigerator door hinge had to be switched and the team did it fast and efficiently!

The reversal was not set correctly. When the freezer door opened it went back 180 degrees hitting the door behind it. LG repairman came and fixed it to an appropriate stopping point.

This was done expertly but should not have cost $70. This should be included in the price of the refrigerator.

IWe put the door on the right side and it is much more convenient. This was the third one delivered. Having the refrigerator shelves on the top is such a great feature.

the two technician were very professional and now we have the right door opening from the left side.
