Matt and Cory were great. They installed the new remote to work with my tv and thoroughly explained the operation and use before they left. Couldn’t have asked for any more. Thanks to both of them.

Tech came in and programmed remote and checked to make sure all was correct and they left. Only here for a few minutes. All working GREAT. Service was excellent.

After teen party, not only did Geek Squad reprogram my remote back to normal, they tried to enhance all the options. Though unsuccessful, they did not have to try to do this. Offered a refresher tutelage while there. Happy customer, happier wife!

The Geek Squad successfully programmed my Harmony remote so I was able to eliminate four other remotes. It wasn't completely straight forward but the figured it out and I have had no problems. The brief tutorial on using it was appreciated and adequate.

The two young men who served us when our remote control quit were really helpful. They got us set up with an appropriate instrument and made sure that we knew how to operate it.

We can control our TV, blu-ray, VCR, stream all with one remote. And when items do not respond as directed, HELP button takes care of the problem child. Purchased a Harmony 8 years ago and it was still working but decided to refresh.

Agent synced my Harmony remote to my Samsung sound bar and eliminated the Bose I replaced..Excellent job and so detailed there was no way I could have done it myself.

Always on time, they call ahead to make sure we are home and acknowledge our appointment. The tech understood our problem, recommended the new remote and then spent the time to completely program it to my current audio/video system. Works perfectly..

The techs were courteous and politely listened to my issues with the Harmony program. I thought it was an issue with the programming of the remote. Very quickly the techs tested the receptacle plug and found the plug was ‘dead’ and moved the plug to another spot. They then reviewed all the remotes programing. Before they left they recommended a replacement surge protected plug receptacle. The $150 visit was pricey but I would never have thought to test the plug. Bravo

Love having one remote that does everything! We had to use 3-4 different devices previously to watch anything on our TV.

Bought a new Samsung QLED tv. Love the picture, hate the remote. Needed a replacement so I wouldn't have 5 remotes for all my gadgets. They did an excellent job in programming my new Logitech Hermon remote.

On time and able to discuss the problem and solution before endeavoring to make the changes. Had my Logitech Master Remote working again.

Very convenient to have. All my components are connected to one remote. The only difficult part is the screen is small. The buttons are difficult to see without a light. It takes a few weeks to familiarize yourself with the request on the remote. If you want to play TV, you have to press one button, to listen to DVR lists, press another button, music, another button. and so on. Some of the requests become tricky & you have to focus. Once you familiarize yourself , the requests become easier.

The Geek Squad agent was very helpful and the new remote ends my frustration with my old remote. This remote was programmed without a hitch and it works perfectly.

Geek squad was great! They patiently showed me how to us the Roku on all the televisions that they set this up on , and mounted to the wall two of the televisions. They were very kind !

I have used a Harmony Universal remote for about ten years. I love it. But it got old and was starting to fail, so I bought a new one. Perfect! Fast and easy Geek Squad install. Best of all, one remote for all my devices!

The harmony remote works fine. It's easy to use. The geek squad set it up and explained it to me in an easy to understand manner. It does not integrate voice commands with the Comcast X1 platform, but it does make everything easy

The team did a great job of installing our universal remote and showing us how to use it. We are appreciating the added benefit of the install and this remote. It was well worth having them do the work.
