Geek Squad came in and after telling them our trouble we were having to setup our remotes. The young man knew what to do and he was in and out within 30 minutes.

I've used and owned two previous Harmony universal remotes before this one. This is by far the best iteration yet. Geek Squad came to set it up, which I highly recommend, and it couldn't have been an easier process.
