The Geek Squad team has done a great job helping me update my 12 year old Home Theatre system’s components and also installing a customer owned Internet modem. Sergei, the consultant, even helped get my Internet working properly as my home requires a split voice and Internet signal with Comcast. It all was a very complex install and everyone involved did a great job! Kudos to all Geek Squaders involved!

I bought q 24" Vizio for my daughter for Christmas and was amazed to get a 1080psi smart tv for such a low price. We have 3 other Vizios and feel this is one of the best televisions for the money.

The techs were great, unfortunately they were not able to program the remote due to it not being supported by Logitech anymore.

He was knowledgeable and efficient. Our set up now allows use of the Harmony which is not complete functioning with Apple TV although it was with Roku.

They promptly were able to come to my home to program my Logitec Harmony remote, and explained all of its functions to me. They also asked me what features I used most, and made them even more easy to use on the remote. Thanks!

First, you are less likely to be able to set this up yourself, unless you are a wiz. You will love the 'helo' button. Works great if you want hidden components like your cable box and turntable, etc Use the Geek Squad ti install

The guys figured out all the codes and made our new remote control the hub of all our entertainment center. We went from eight remotes to one.

The Geek Squad was fantastic! Set up tv, stereo, remote and were extremely helpful in showing us how to operate all of the equipment.

I was skeptical the results would be worth the time and money, but The tech earned his money and I would not have been able to get the same results on my own. Money well spent.

It works wonderfully for my Uncle Leon, so he can watch his TV and vhs movies he has.

The One for All remote works very well.....after the Geek Squad young man, Eric, programmed it.

The agent came and had my remote program to 3 devices and less then 20 minutes.

Logitech remote consolidates 4 remotes into 1,at least. Makes turning on home theater easy and simple. One button turns on required components.i.e.watch tv,listen to music or watch Blu-ray movies.
