This is the first time I haven't been pleased with Geek Squad Technicians. They just didn't want to be bothered with figuring out how to set my refrigerator up with WiFi. They told me I didn't need it.

WiFi on a fridge is not really necessary but it came with it so hooked it up

Purchased network connection for dishwasher, range, refrigerator, washer and dryer. Installer neglected install any of them. Did it myself without difficulty.

The two workers were quick and efficient. They were friendly and showed up on time

they didn't know how to do it when delivered .we had to figure it out.

The installation went smooth and the technicians are knowledgeable and courteous.

Best Buy has done a fine job selecting right personal to do installation. It was easy for us.

Was used when they installed our tv. Works great !

Neat feature available for the appliance. Would be great to use.

They don’t connect it or help. They say you have to contact to get it done separately so you’re just waiting.

Oven was Install great. Always a Wonderful reliable team.

It’s great. It really helps you to remember when things are finished and how to start etc. didn’t think we would use it but we like it.

Install team did not set up WiFi for the oven to our phone. When we asked the install team handed my wife the directions and told it was easy to do. We tried and were not successful.

The installers did not connect the WIFI for washer or dryer.

Geek squad called me before appointment and asked me why he was coming out. I told him to set up my washer and dryer with the remote app..mis was an option to add since I was a total tech member. He proceeded to tell me he has never done that and that i should just do it myself. So with that cruddy attitude, I cancelled the appointment. Don't really want that kind of an employee coming inside my house. Wow...what is wrong with these employees?? Bad bosses perhaps??

Didn’t need this for our fridge. It was added on. Then they refunded it. The Samsung fridge has Wi-Fi. But you connect through an app. The installers doesn’t do it. You do after the fridge is installed. It’s very easy through the Samsung app. Very cool you get notifications if someone leaves the door open. Can adjust temp if needed with the app.

Geek Squad did a fast and quality job connecting the WiFi on the Samsung Hub Refrigerator

The installer had no idea how to set this up. I still haven’t figured it out myself either. Kind of a bummer but honestly I haven’t spent a ton of time trying to figure it out.

Quality install. Easy setup no issues. Another great product

The installer never hooked my new stove up to wi fi connect. I don’t think i would ever connect to wi fi anyway
