It comes in the total tech package that’s $199 for the year. It not a bad package but as far as these dudes doing anything after they’ve finished installing whatever it is you’ve purchased, nope lol. They gone. I mean it just wi-fi it’s not hard to set up but if it’s their job to do it……..

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

I never have received the service and am still waiting for a refund of the $49.99 that I paid but received nothing in return. I have talked to eight representatives and will be calling again. BUYER BEWARE!!! It’s really a shame because we are looking to buy a new large screen t.v., but won’t be going to Best Buy!!

Not wifi connected at divery

They only spoke Spanish and I speak Enish with only a few words in Spanish. They did not even underdtand the word Wifi of internet. Had to make a new appointment to complete set up part of order for LG appliances.
