I dont even know if it is installed or included with the range. No instructions on how to use this option. The installation crew did not mention it.

Came the first time and unable to access the wifi. But, when the wrong code was entered they violated my privacy by checking my access code entered and then grabbed my router and checked out my numbers and router code. It was a sham.

Don’t waste your money

We did it with zero help from Best Buy.

It just didn't happen

The delivery guys told us there was no wifi so we paid for something we did not receive. We were also told that Best Buy would contact us but we've not heard anything.

network connection on Samsung Range

I need to contact the Geek Squad about this because I also purchased the 5-yr protection on this item. They should be able to sort out the network connection pretty quickly.
