The mounting of the tv mount on the brick wall was great! Well done!

So I had this mounted on a brick wall. Geek squad measured , made sure it was level. No complaints.

Guys were terrific. They helped me manage some late decisions that needed consideration. It is 100 inch tv, I am glad they proactively sent three.

South Shore Geek Squad is the BEST! Doug and Matt are professional, and respectful and they know everything about the product (Google TV) that they are installing. We always feel comfortable when Doug and the Geek Squad come into our home.

Ask what’s good about Best Buy, and several answers might cime forth. Ask what’s great about Best Buy, and if yiure a tech member, the only answer would be: Tech Support!!! Uf you’re adding a new piece of hardware, or simply having them deliver and install it, I’d ve quite surprised if you (living in this metro area) said anything other than amazing! I was an brodcast engineer at a major radio station in this Washington broadcast market, so I do know how to build stuff, butcsfter being run over by a car back in 2006’, it’s never been quite the same for me. Try their trch support and you’ll likely believe me as well.

ervice was excellent. They spent a good bit of time looking and inspecting my surround system. Gave good advice about it. Made sure we were connected to the Spectrum app so we no longer needed the box.

Geek Squad delivers again. They braved the cold temps and high winds to help install my outdoor t.v. Really appreciate the heads up prior to their arrival, and the willingness to always go above and beyond to get the job done!

The two Geek Squad guys installed a TV mount on my wall above the fireplace & mounted my new 65" TV. They were efficient & did an excellent & professional job. They were very respectful of my home & very careful with the TV. Unfortunately, the cable company advised me incorrectly & did not run the cabling before the TV was installed, so I had to have COAX cabling run through the wall after the TV installation. I had to hire an Electrician to do the COAX cable & they ran the cabling & HDMI cables through the wall, so now all is well. I was very happy with the Best Buy installation. It wasn't their fault that there was no cable to hook it up.

Geek Squad is the way to go if you want a wall-mount TV installed. I had the Magnolia Center install a wall-mount TV many years ago before Geek Squad existed and they did a great job - the Geek Squad installed this recent TV, it's a perfect installation. The team of two who did the installation was professional, fast and efficient.

We originally purchased a TV Wall mounting bracket with telescopic features from Best Buy but had gave it to my Brother-in-law for his TV because mine need and longer telescopic feature. My replacement was from a mail order company. The chane was recommended when the placement was reviewed. I so appreciated the expertise and advise provided by the installation team Lead by Chris Lunsford. Overall the installation was outstanding and well appreciated.

Overall the TV mounting service is pretty good. Techinicians are nice and try their best to accomondate my requirement. It just they didn’t mount on the right palce at the beginning and they didn’t have time to re mount it because they need to go for next appointment. We work together to find a work around and they tell me if I am still not satisfied I can request the service agin and they will remount for me. So far I am happy with my TV though not perfectly mounted. Giving 4 star just because I am not exremely satisfied but I would still recommend their service!

They did a great job installing TV in a high , tight location. Very professional and thorough. Plus they did an excellent set up of remote . All went better and faster than I expected! Geek Squad is the Best !

Frankly, we purchased four new televisions, two soundbars, and all of the associated wall mounts, etc., BECAUSE of our prior experience with Geek Squad service. And this service call confirmed that we made the right decision! The gentleman who installed the products called beforehand to confirm his arrival time, performed the installation work in a timely manner, cleaned up afterward, explained to us exactly what he had done, and then explained the operation of the televisions and soundbars to us. He was most pleasant, competent, and we couldn't be more pleased with the work that he performed for us. There is no question but what we will call the Geek Squad again for any future installation work. Geek Squad installation is perhaps the best part of the entire Best Buy buying experience.

The agent called us to keep us posted as to arrival time. He arrived during the scheduled time, brought in the factory-boxed TV, unpacked and installed the legs in our preferred position. He discussed TV placement and the pros and cons and placed it in our optimal location. He wired and set up Roku and sound bar and demonstrated their functions and neatly tied our cables and hid them. He moved our old TV to its new location and similarly set it up and demonstrated functions. He answered all our questions and took all the time required to be sure that we understood the technology. He cleaned up and removed all packing material.

Dan from Geek Squad was incredible! A couple days before the install, he called to confirm the appointment and noted that we did not have a mounting bracket in the order. I was traveling at the time and told him I was surprised, since we picked one out with the sales associate when we bought the TV. He told me not to worry about it and would contact the store. I went to the store the next day to get the mounting bracket and when I started describing why I was in the store, the manager knew right away and dispatched someone to get the mount for us. During the install the next day, not only did Dan perform the install flawlessly, he was also very conscientious to minimize any mess. He is very personable and seems to really enjoy his job. If you’re in the Kenosha, WI area and need an install, ask for Dan!

Wife was here for install and said they were great. Took down old TV and installed new above fireplace. Bought sound bar mount with them that we had not even though about. Would definitely use them again.

The technicians who installed this were very good. They measured, drilled, installed, and hung the television in minimal time.
