The gentlemen Eric and his partner were excellent. They did the job efficiently. . I liked how they asked me questions on the position and centering the tv. They were careful with wearing booties to keep my floor clean, vacuumed up the mess. They worked well as a team with clear communication. They were professional and were able to help me feel confident on setting up 2 other tvs for me.

The Squad (3 members) called prior to their arrival. Wore heavy duty shoe covers. Told me what they were going to do & did it precisely. Took all boxes & packing when they left.

Ben and his associate did a great job from start to finish. Everything was professionally done, in and out, with no problems or wasted time, and on time, too.

I haven’t gotten anyone to install my mount over my fireplace as of yet, so I’m looking forward to hiring somebody to do that. I think the protection plan I have will help me out with that also but I need to get electrician to put a plug over my fireplace, so I’m trying to find someone that’s not expensive has been a job, because everyone is so expensive so I have TV mount that I purchased from Best Buy just trying to find someone to install the plug over the fireplace

The Geek Squad team installed my new tv mount above my fireplace on drywall. Had to pay a lot extra because this was considered a specialty surface, being that it was above my fireplace and on a wall that goes with my chimney. First, the Geek Squad guys were very professional, got the job done quickly, and they were very friendly and helpful. I've had no issues with the installation at all. Second, I would recommend making sure this service and fee applies to you if you're told you need it. I say that because my Geek Squad techs just installed onto regular studs behind my drywall. There wasn't anything specifically special that needed to be done just because it was above the fireplace.

Absolutely wonderful, professional, knowledgeable and considerate. We're accessory freaks, we got to have them. When the Geek Squad got here, I thought it was going to be horrible, it was just the opposite. It started in the store where wewere given the correct recommendations for wall mount. Net the knowledge of the two Geek Squad members that came to the house was amazing. They showed us how to get amazing picture quality from the TV, awsome sound from our surround sound system and more attractive and efficient way to connect all our electronics with less cable clutter.

The 2 women that showed up to install our 75" tv above our fireplace were very nice, but couldn't lift and install the tv on the mount they just had put up. They had to call for someone else to come help them. So an hour job ended up taking 3 hours. I don’t know why best buy had sent them out to install our tv when they knew where it was going to be installed (they had me buy other equipment incase they would need it to put it up there). It is a heavy tv and they had to lift it up over their heads. We are very happy with the tv!

The agent removed my old TV and mounted my new one in its place. Adjustments were required because the TV's were of different sizes. The agent walked me through the use of the remote and the options on the screen. It was done well and in a reasonable amount of time.

2 members of the Geek Squad came over to 8 stall my new smart flat screen TV to an existing wall mount. Since I upgraded from a 55” to 65 inch, the needed to adjust the brackets to fit, These men were fast and extremely professional. They also ensured that my sound bar and sub woofer were working properly. They took the time to familiarize me with the new Samsung features and downloaded the Spectrum app for me. They also took the old TV with them. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad for any new TV installation….

They did a decent job mounting my 65" TV above my fireplace using my purchased mantle mount. At first, they said they would have problems installing it in such a tight space but they were able to fit it in there! Docking one star since they did not clean up after doing the install. There were also smudges at the edge of the TV where they lifted it onto the mount. Not a big deal since I could wipe it off but it would be better if they had used gloves for that portion of the install.

The 2 guys who mounted and installed our new TV above our fireplace did an outstanding job. In fact their boss even showed up at the house to oversee their work. All 3 of these gentlemen were very professional and courteous. They took their time to show me how to use the new TV and helped me set up my Samsung account. In fact Brian called me late this afternoon to make sure everything was OK. I assured him everything was good and I am very pleased with the whole process.

They were clean, knowledgeable, cared about my home, and enjoyed their job. They represented the Geek Squad very well.

The agents were professional and courteous. They completed 3 wall mounts very fast and were very clean. As the setup my new tv’s and speakers they explained everything. They also answered all of my questions which was very helpful to me after they left. The service was great and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Very helpful and honest on what was needed and what could be returned. Great work on hanging the tv without much if any mess.

The install team was great. They showed up on time and had all the tools and skill to complete my install. I would definitely use them for all install needs.

We had a 65-inch Samsung Neo QLED 4K Smart TV installed by the Geek Squad and they did an outstanding job. Dustin & Kaden were the techs and they know what they are doing, it did not take them very long to mount and install the TV. They answered every question we had and even told us things we should do so we could enjoy TV viewing even more. If I could request what techs to come in my home and install various items it would be Dustin & Kaden. The are total professionals at what they do and they know what they are doing.

I purchased specialized tv mounting for my 65 in tv over my fireplace. They did a good job. Measured, mounted and cleaned the space after they finished.

Brittain was a great specialist and installer. He answered all my questions so I would understand everything about my new TV installation.
