Great Television with installation and instruction!

In-Home Service was great. The service reps were very polite and helpful.

Am pleased with my new TV. My only complain would be that I did not realize the size. It is smaller than what I had wanted. I wish the salesperson would have discussed the true size more.

I had an old heavy Sony TV. It was extremely heavy and I live on the 3rd floor with stairs. The service men surprisingly carried the heavy TV down the stairs without complaint. I felt bad for them because I knew it was very heavy. But I gave them a nice tip. The haul away was perfectly timed in the morning and my new Smart TV came about 2 hours later.

Disconnect and took away my old TV. Geek squad was very careful to not damage anything around it.

There was a little mixup at first of when it woukd happen, but with a little patience it was taken away without any difficulty. Thank you!

The Geek Squad install team was fabulous. They had ample technical savy. The installation was done neatly with the cables organized and hidden behind the set which was securely mounted to the wall above the fireplace. The team was able to use the Sanus mount I was using for my 43" Samsung TV which was replaced by the 55" Sony Bravia A90L. Once the TV was installed, the team set up the TV, connecting it to our Wifi. They then logged us on to all our streaming services and connected the set to them using our accounts. They helped us revise our passwords when we not able to locate them, and made sure the information was recorded in my wife's smartphone. They carted away all the packaging so we were left with a neat room. The only problem I encounter is that installing a soundbar below the Tv blocked the IR receiver for the remote if i am sitting close to the TV so I have to stand up for the remote's signals to be received.

Recieved the tv and it appears to be operating just fine. still playing with the contrast and other settings. I enjoy the big screen, had a 49 " before.

I decided to purchase an LG Smart OLED tv and paid to have the Geek Squad deliver and set up the new tv and haul my old 55" flat screen Samsung away. They showed up promptly at the appointed time, took the old Samsung away and had the new tv installed and working in no time at all. They were very friendly, respectful of my house, and good at their jobs. For the small charge for this service it was well worth the investment for their help.

Great job in removing a tv from my upstairs bedroom . It would have been there another 30 yrs
