    In-home teams do a great job. Always arrive when promised, work efficiently and clean up after themselves. Highly recommend. Only complaint is they are so busy the earliest appointment may be several days out

    There was confusion at first about what I had purchased and what I’d been told by the salesman at the time of sale. I have left 2 messages for the man in charge to come back and follow up.

    This new giant television is for my 80 year old father and it meant a lot to find a great deal on a tv, which we did, that included haul away of the older television, which it did. That might have been a deal breaker but then add in the Insurance Plan and the Geek Squad and we're definitely in a better place than before our purchase.
