    My old TV was to be hauled away when the new TV was installed. Was disappointed when it was not and had to make another appointment to have the old TV hauled away. The guys that came were very efficient and professional. My only problem with this was the assistant that assisted with the initial online purchase in setting up the haul away process for the same day as new TV installed. Instead of 1 day for this process, had a additional day disrupted. Again haulers that came were excellent.

    So far so good ! Had to finally breakdown and replace two ANCIENT TV's.... never had smart TV's before so wanted something uncomplicated and I like Samsung products so went with two samsung TV's Thank God for the Geek squad helping me in my purchase and installation!!! Squad hauled away my ancient relics too!

    Have no problem with the two guys that FINALLY came to install,,the problem was with having been scheduled two times and being cancelled both times,
