excellent but since some out of the country person actually sold me the tv there was a mix up on exactly what the installers were suppose to do...I definitely feel I was ovrer charged for their services especially being a Geek member

The installation went well and the geek squad was very helpful. They did not try to sell me equipment I did not need. They took my old tv with no problem.

Properly installed the TV and audio system. The setup to use ATT Uverse programming. Tested the audio and explained the function. I think the either did not know or forgot to mention the Sony speaker system also handles STEREO 5 speaker system

No problem with the removal on my old tv. $119 paid for installation was ridiculous ... all they did was plug the tv in. They couldn't sync my two remotes into one so volumn did not work. Best Buy telephone contact could not be reached the entire day. Had to drive to my Best Buy store and they couldn't help me to get the delivery guys to return. In the store I called the Geek squard for help (on the line with them for 45 minutes) and they couldn't help either. Had a friend come over to help which he did.

Third party provider came on scheduled date time and moved/ setup tv to another desired spot. Service provided with no issues and would use again.

There was no TV to haul away. We gave our 3D Samsung 59" to our next door neighbor. Good neighbors and are always helping us out. The young many you sent to install the tv we bought, was excellent, kind, caring and thoughtful. Making sure we unstood, how to operate the TV, and were confident on how it worked. He was awesome. So pleased you hired a company and associate, that made sure we were completely satisfied and more. With his installation, delivery, into the house by himself and step by step. . .working on the stand he had never put together before. . .Not needing any help, but letting us know he appreciated, us asking. That tv was very heavy. . .and to do it by himself. . .was beyond good. He taught us to work the remote, with ease and confidence. The Geek Squad duo who installed my TV and sound bar were fantastic. They disconnected the surround sound system I had, even taking the speakers off the walls. After all installation was done, they took my old 60 inch TV, sound system, and all packaging for my new devices with them.

The haul away was nice but it should not be $50 when you purchase a TV of over $500 or more dollars. The gentlemen were great taking it out but really no effort involved for the price.

The staff were courteous and professional and also knowledgeable about the TVs that i was interested in purchasing. The staff also informed me of payment options and warranties as well
