This wall mount seems to be well made and sturdy. It also seems easy to install. I watched the Geek Squad install it and my TV on the wall.

Glad I had Geek Squad mount the tv for me. Better angle for viewing, out of range of Great Dane puppy, more room on tv/ stereo cabinet.

Bought a 55" OLED. I live in a 110 year old house with plaster walls. I assumed wall mounting was not an option. The sales person assured me that they mount into plaster all the time, so I went for it. Our service window was 8 AM to Noon on a Saturday. I received a call from Agent Jason 20 minutes before his arrival, which was nice. He arrived around 10:20 AM. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took careful attention to detail; asking exactly where we wanted the mount, cleaning up the debris from drilling, making sure the mount was level, and playing with our dog. The TV is still on the wall and hasn't budged. Very happy customer here!

Had mount installed by Geek Squad. The mount is simple and only has tilt. Needed to remove my 55 inch tv and it was pretty easy.

I had to wait for the Sony recommended mount for over a month. When you look at it from the side and look at the Bose soundbar mounted beneath it you can see the TV isn't laying flat. i constantly have to make minor adjustments to keep it flat against the wall, I think it has to do with the wiring behind the TV. The TV says it has trays for the wires to lay in so that it will hang flat, GEEK Squad mounted everything.

Had the Geek Squad hook-up and mount my 65" Sony. Did a good job but could have spent a little more time explaining features.

Guys were a bit late but took care of the entire installation in a professional manner and showed me how to use my new tv.

Like the mount but if TV is large (ours is 65"), it takes two people to push TV back in if you have pulled out to angle.
