They showed up on time and spent the extra time to ensure that my difficult installation was completed before heading on their way. It took mounting and removal of the TV 3 times and both of the installers were happy to do the work until I was confident of the placement.

We had the Geek squad mount our TV! No stress, and no mistakes! The TV is right where we wanted it! No boxes to discard, no mess to clean up, and best of all NO Learning curve mistakes ! These guys are good! Very happy we let the Geek Squad handle mounting our TV!

Geek Squad replaced our 55" TV after our original had started giving problems. They evaluated the old mount and determined that a new one was needed (which I had suspected). Their installation was quick and very professional (clean and thorough).

This is the 2nd time I've used Geek Squad to mount my tv and both times they have done excellent jobs. They are very careful not to make a mess and conceal all the wires. After the install the agent sat and explained all the features of the tv and also set up the features.

The two gentlemen from the Geek Squad did a great job. They took the time to mount it exactly as we wanted, and also spent the time to explain all the features and how to make everything work. If I had the power to give them a raise based on their performance, I would!!!

The Geek Squad came out and mounted my new television. They were great. They used the existing mount I had with the old television, change the screws to the correct size and in no time we had the new television up and running. They really are worth the cost.

The installers took the time to ensure proper placement within the viewing room, as well as proper installation on the wall. Options were presented and explained, and after final decision, performed the mounting in a professional, efficient manner. Worth the price.

The Geek Squad did a totally professional job of mounting my LG OLED on the wall. They had to remove a 65 from the wall , move the mount because of the difference in the two tvs, and place the new tv on the mount. Their measurements and placement was perfect.

Geek Squad installed my TV. Very clean, punctual, and knowledgeable. My installer was friendly and made sure everything was to my likings and gave me the pros and cons of installing certain ways. Excellent installation and will use them for every installation.

Best Buy installation crew is ten best ! Very courteous and made it the way we wanted it. Bought the full motion mount so my wife could see the TV from the kitchen if wanted so she can watch the cookies and things so they are perfect when she is done !!! Yum !

The two Geek Squad Techinicians who came out to install our tv and Sonos system were very professional and extremely helpful and might I add patient. We ended up not needing to mount our tv but they helped us with all our new system setup. Thanks GeekSquad.

The Geek Squad removed my old mounted TV and replaced it with my newly purchased SunBrite Outdoor TV in the backyard patio. The job was expedited smoothly, and I was amazed that no additional holes had to be made in mounting the TV onto the wall.

The geek squad mounted my new 75 inch Samsung Qed tv in record time. Hey were able to find studs in wall above my fireplace when my husband couldn't. Def worth the $ to not have to worry about mounting such a huge tv in a sensitive spot

Ryan is by far the best installaction tech I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was very through and maticulous and took as much time as needed. He explained everything to me and my wife. She can now operate the remote with ease.

The TV arrived with the geek squad and in a very short amount of time they had the bracket up and TV installed . I was really impressed with their knowledge and workmanship I will always use them and Best Buy for my electronic needs

A wise decision to let the Geek Squad deal with mounting my new 55 inch TV. They had all the accessory mounting hardware on and the job completely done in about the same amount of time it would have taken me to open the boxes.

Jeff and Mike did an amazing job mounting my 77-inch OLED TV! They put it on a wall mount bracket, which was retrofitted into my entertainment center originally designed for a large rolling stand TV. Great job guys!

The two techs kept me informed as to when they would be at my house and showed up on time. They very courteous, professional and cleaned up after the job was done. They new what they were doing and were able to answer all my questions.

The two men who came to install the tv and mount were very friendly and knowledgeable. The installed it quickly, set up the tv, and answered all the questions. I would always suggest using the geek squad to install high end tvs.
