Do everything you can to install it yourself... call a friend. Save a few hundred bucks... but if you can’t do that... these guys are ok but in a rush, they actually damaged our first tv that required a replacement - it’s about speed vs quality... I would go somewhere else.

Don't do it if they can't find the studs in your wall after about 20 drill holes they decided to use a different mount they charged me $100 for but didn't fix my holes in my wall

Paid for Geek Squad installation, however ended up having a third party perform the mounting of the Samsung 78 inch Curved TV. First of all they ran late, arriving after the scheduled time interval. After telling the installer to place the HDMI extender in the media cabinet, he said it would take too long, and instead wrapped the HDMI cable around the extender and placed it hanging between the TV and the wall balanced on the mount. Well needless to say later in the evening I hear a loud thud which was the extender falling.
My wife and I had to take down the TV (thin but not light), and redo the entire installation.
For anyone else wanting their TV mounted by Best Buy, make sure its not a 3rd party installer.

The installer mounted the TV "off center" and when the TV wasn't straight, he said because it is a "swivel mount" I need to push up on one corner to level it every time the TV is moved. The installer was messy and in spite of him having a vacuum, he had to be reminded to "tidy up." Parts were discarded that really should have been used (such as the cord management mount). The installer messed up the wall and this will now need to be touched up (paint). He also tore out the insulation instead of just fishing the cords through the for the "cord management" system also purchased from Best Buy.
I am now waiting for BestBuy to return (not this installer) to reinstall the mount and hope the new holes will not render the old ones visible!

I PAID FOR THE GEEK SQUAD- Best Buy farms out the installation to some 3rd party jacko who was/is both unprofessional and incompetent. That's where the fun begins. They at first attempt to send out the same guy who jacked everything up in the first place. Guy calls me and is rude and unprofessional on the phone. I've now been trying to get them to fix what they screwed up and it's been a myriad of phone calls, promises and absolutely no results. Been on the phone for the greater part of 3 hours over the last 2 days and still nothing. ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE on many levels and I am a reasonable guy actually. Have had numerous customer service people not call me back..inordinate time on hold every time...JUST FIX WHAT YOU SCREWED UP.

Ok work, just wished the cables were hidden. The install appears to be solid work, but i wish the cables were in the wall like a previous installation. I was told that this would be covered. Hoping someone reviews this and gets back to me regarding the work completed.

The geek guys wall mounted our new tv, a heavy 65 inch OLED, did a wonderful job. Wires are all hidden in the wall, cleaned up and took all the boxes, and explained how the new system worked. Very professional, very happy customer.

The team showed up when they said they would, did a thorough and safe job, consulted with us, and even cleaned up afterwards. They were friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and very professional. Worth the extra money when we purchased the TV!
