The folks who came to mount and set up my TV fromGEEK squad were some of the most knowledgeable and professional people I have had the pleasure of working with. It was worth every penny I spent on this service.

They were neat. Seemed knowledgeable very helpful and cleaned up any mess or debris from packaging before they left. I tried to call them about something after we purchased the extended warranty agreement and I never received a call back. I even tried the 800 number and asked them to have someone reach out to us but still no one ever called. We weren't too happy with the follow up.

We have been fortunate to have the same Geek Squad experts install our tv's for several years. They do a great job, very knowledgeable and friendly, professional. Enjoy working with them every time!!

Our Geek Squad team showed up when they were scheduled, worked quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. Their training on our new systems provided what we needed. What more could a customer want.

They know exactly what they are doing! The mounting worked out great. The only thing is that the strip to hold the cord kept coming down. I put a command strip on the back and it has not come down since....

Got this mount for a 75 inch Sony television. Had the Geek Squad install it in my family room. Can't see it, dont know its there but it holds the tv and thats all I care about. At a great price.

Very happy with the service. Super clean and quick. Disappointed about the extra $100 charge for over the fireplace on a dry wall. But I can't lift a 60" plasma tv so... have no choice but to pay up

Excellent service. Very competent, friendly, professional. Took time to explain and demonstrate uses and also helped with an adjustment for a different Best Buy product while here.
