I have a CX and got my sister this B4 because the LED tv she had was killing me. Whew, I'm happy to say that it was a great purchase. After seeing the picture on this B4, I had to make some adjustments on my CX trying to match the B4's picture. The B4 is called a beginners OLED but don't be fooled by name calling, lol. The B4 is a fantastic tv purchase with a wonderful picture. Awesome. I also have a friend that has and loves a 65" B4.

The guys that showed up to set up our TV were amazing. They mounted our 98 inch TV to the wall. We already had the mount up to help with preparing but then we had mounted it much too high on the wall based on the location of where it had to be mounted to the back of the TV. They were awesome, they remounted the mount and put the TV up for us and it looks amazing. They were courteous, friendly and on time and did a great job of getting us all set-up.

In a much shorter time and with more efficiency and knowledge than I would have had, Jeffrey Witt installed our new TV and helped me understand thoroughly how it works. I really appreciate all the information he gave me.

The agents arrived on time to set up my new LG 5" Smart TV. They very polite and professional, ran the sound through my existing stereo as I had requested and connected to the Internet in just a few minutes. Great job!

Our first Flat screen TV. Geek squad brought in TV and installed it. We needed and HDM?? accessory (which our sales person told us we might need) which we had purchased. We did need it. We were able to watch TV right away.

Geek squad Jamie was very professional and thorough. She notified me by phone of her delivery time. When she arrived she was conscientious about the set up including to pair the cable remote to the cable box. She assisted with the call to Xfinity support. Her knowledge of the set up was top notch. Can't recommend her service and high caliber of service strongly enough. She epitomizes the Best of Best Buy.

Great picture and easy to use. I’m technically inclined but find this TV easy to navigate. Love the picture and color definition. The first geek squad team focused on me as I tripped and cut my chin. They made sure I was okay and said they would reschedule my delivery and installation. The second delivery person quickly set up my TV and helped me move the table it was to sit on.

The setup/installation of our new Samsung TV was outstanding! The technicians were polite, professional, and knowledgeable -- they answered all our questions and went above and beyond to ensure we understood everything so that we can get the most functionality and enjoyment from our new TV. Could not have asked for better service!

The Geek Squad agents were in and out in a Jiffy and had everything hooked up and working properly. They explained everything to me so that I was aware of what was going on. Very professional. The Geek Squad Delivery and Setup was outstanding. They handled my new LG OLED 55' TV with great care. Assembled the base and then programed the Cable Box and my BlueRay player as well. Checked TV setting and showed me how to access things on the remote. Large TVs can be difficult to work with and if not properly handled, they can be damaged before you get to use them. I highly recommend this service.

This is a mixed review. The first time, the Squad seemed to be knowledgeable. TV would not fit on shelf so took that one back and ordered new one. The team that delivered and installed the new TV were not very good, the scheduling coordinator could not could not seem to get our availability Multiple phone calls, showed up at 6 pm, for a 1 pm install, no calls from the service company that they would be late and tossed their food trash on our yard when they left. (Per the Geek Squad, these guys were a contracted installing company and not directly employed by the Squad.) Third visit went better, with timely notification of ETA and provided some instructions on how the units worked and worked together. Still need one more visit for the sound bar....pendiing.

The gentlemen who delivered and set up my 83 inch tv were great. They were knowledgeable,professional and very helpful.

Geek Squad Member was friendly, knowledgeable & very efficient. I was up & running in 30 minutes. He took the time to show me features I was unaware of & finding them very helpful. Geek Squad service members are SO much better than contractors I have had.

Professional team of two. Had the tv installed and demonstrated how to program the TV for an optimized view. Job was completed in less than a half hour. Also called before coming to residence. Really great job and worth the expense!

The agents set up my tv and checked and set up a number of other electronic devices. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad to anyone who needs service. I plan to continue my service plan indefinitely.

The Geek Squad set up my new TV quickly and efficiently. They really know their stuff. All necessary attachments and adjustments were made. They made sure the display was set for our needs and made sure we understood what to do if we needed to make further adjustments

Our Geek Squad agent, Ken, came twice to help us with the set up. I wanted to run the sound through my stereo receiver (which is 20 years old) and we could not do this on the first visit as the old receiver and new TV were incompatible. I purchased an adapter from another source, got a new wireless router from my carrier, and Ken returned and skillfully helped with a relatively quick hookup of TV and stereo receiver. It works exactly as I hoped and I offers kudos to Ken for his patience and skillful work.

an excellent service. i am very glad that i picked the geek squad service to mount my tv and other equipment. they were very professional, punctual, and worked very fast and efficiently. i will renew my service again when it's close to renewal. just for your info, the total service package is excellent. i've used it for getting rid of my viruses, downloading virus protection software, etc.
