Very professional and knowledgeable. Helped me get everything set up correctly. Explained to me very thoroughly all the functions of the TV.

Tv is fine. Adjustments are refined and the tv uses AI to select the picture you desire. Helps to know general software to maximize applications. LG has proprietary apps for music and movies.Geek squad was efficient with the basics but not so much with software and refined use.

Technicians set up the tv, programmed the apps, and demonstrated how to use them (and how to make changes if I choose to in the future).

Geek squad are very professional and are experts in the services they provided. They did a great job installing 7 each ceiling speakers system, home theater system, mounted my television, and explained how to use the entertainment system. Wires and cables were professionally installed behind the walls. Very very happy. I am glad to be a member of the Geek Squad.

Installment team was spot on, a few minutes late but that was ok, stuff happens. Installment went smooth, guy's were knowledgeable, friendly, fast. Hope if I ever buy something and have it delivered from Best Buy, it's those guys knocking at the door.

From the installation to the actual use of the TV has been an outstanding experience. The technician that delivered and setup the TV went beyond what would be a normal delivery and to fit the TV into an existing space. The actual TV setup and operation was explained in great detail and was appreciated by my wife and myself. The TV works great. BestBuy's customer service from the ordering to delivery to setup was done in a total professional manner. I will shop at BestBuy for all my video and audio needs. A very satisfied customer, JOB WELL DONE!!

I purchased a television and Home Setup service as a house warming gift for my sister and companion. They raved about Will, their Geek Squad Tech. They said setup and removal of packaging materials was superb. Will patiently and thoroughly explained the new features and operation of the television. Bravo!!

Louis from the Geek Squad came and mounted my TV (40 inch Samsung) on a Rfiver center swivel stand. It was so good that he had the right screws that were not included with the stand. He set up my remote to cable and showed me how watch tv right away. I am so grateful, I would be fooling around with settings for months without this help. Louis also corrected the color to perfection. Best service ever.

The agent mounted my TV to a stand that I had previously obtained and placed exactly where I wanted it. The Technician was very efficient and knowledgeable and thorough in his work and did not leave until all the necessary app's were loaded and working to our satisfaction. Used Geek in order to set up new TV purchase. Two guys initially came. Guys were timely, friendly and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and made sure everything was in working order before leaving. They also cleaned up and hauled away trash. Javier was great (wish I could remember the other installers name who was also great.) Well worth the extra expense.

The agent set the tv up and hooked it to various devices (blu ray, sound bar). He showed me how to work the new remote and switch between cable and streaming.

The two team members that delivered and set up the new Samsung TV were superb. They completely set up the TV, adding all the apps that we had previously, provided guidance to tech challenged seniors on the operation, and removed the old TV. Both were polite and friendly. They were very clear in the descriptions and operations, making sure we understood.
